Something similar happened to me a few weeks ago. Visible indicated that my credit card company refused payment even though this is a recurring charge every month. I contacted my credit card company and they said no such refusal was generated by them. I re-entered the exact same credit card information to Visible and then my payment was recognized, and accepted. I really like the Visible service, I have jumped around to many different providers over the years, and Visible is by far, our favorite.

I have T-Mobile internet for almost a year now…my experience…reliability is good, speeds can be 100m and down to 2m, bad. When school starts or ends 2m , Friday night football, 4m. I must say I was waiting for WOW to come to my area and dump them but for some reason T-Mobile got better once WOW was ready for service, …now it’s gets to a low of 10m now during busy times…my advice to T-Mobile “decide if you really want to be a internet provider”

I mean I get what they mean when they say they never disconnect without consent. They didn’t actively do it, it was a technical error. Like if you said you would never hang up on someone but the call dropped. It still shouldn’t happen but that’s just what the rep meant

Hello great video, I went from Allo to T-Mobile the uploads are a little slower but at 10:30pm I ran a speed test and got 1.2Gbps we are less than 1 mile away from the tower also. So far it has been good and stable and I have the new white modem/router and it works very well so far imagine if you could find an aftermarket device to do the job!!

honestly with how spectrum has treated me id prefer literally anything else, the signal is constantly horrible, price is now 90 dollars a month (USD) for the lowest service, the customer service reps are almost always rude and treating me like crap, and so on.

I have had Cricket for about 5 years Service is good but customer service leaves much to be desired. I need call logs for 3 days for my employer. and cannot get them. Cricket says go to att and att says go to Cricket there is no satisfaction. I was told to get a subpoena but there is no court case I have been told by Police, Sheriff and lawyers that a subpoena is impossible with out a court case. This is my job on the line and can get no customer service.

I just had a problem buying a moto g power 5g 2024. NO sim sent. Chatted with them and right away they got it handled. Sim card arrived in 25 hours. Excellent service in the resolution of the problem, imho

If not a content creator uploading video, downloading 'movies' or an ardent computer game enthusiast power users I don't see the point of cell tower 5G internet, newest protocol or not. I have 100 MBPS $19.99 Spectrum service that supports ROKU streaming video on WiFi, two computers on WiFi, and home HD security cameras on WiFi. I use RUclips video, email, social media, internet shopping, and zoom. How much data is that? If I went to cellphone data service, I would likely be 35GB and throttled to LTE. If I want more data and not throttled to LTE, I would have to pay just like the power users. If more rural, and outdoor antenna can be required.

I have the "trash can" and I'd kill for a 31 gb download. I get maybe 900 kbs.

I hated their stock modem. I researched and bought a Chester modem. Fully compatible with T-Mobile plus I installed a external antenna in about 10 seconds. Now I get 500 down and 20 to 30 up. No matter what I could not make T-Mobile home internet compatible with Amazon errro mesh networks. Even with the Chester modem the Wi-Fi would drop once in awhile and devices all over the house with disconnect. I boxed up that mesh Network and then I bought Asus Routers and turn them into a mesh Network. Now my Wi-Fi never drops and everything plugged in gets ping times as low as 18. I definitely had to do the external antenna since the towers were eight miles away. I highly recommend the Chester modems to everyone that has T-Mobile home internet. I live in the country so my service never ever slows down. There is no peak times since I'm in between two small towns that both offer a cable modems at 50 to $60.

Pure talk is not great. They took us at the beginning of signing up, we tried to get our money back and they said we couldn't. Virtual Voice mail still after over two years with them does not work. Dropped calls, 5g is very slow, maybe more like 3g. We finally left and went back to Verizon. Never again!

I tried Tmobile internet over year ago and service was not good enough. Recently went to try it again with the new white gateway that allows external antenna. I purchased the waveform mini stuck it to the window. Getting 700mb down and around 50 up. Had ir for a month now and still running good

Spectrum needs to match what Xfinity Mobile provides after hitting the high-speed data allotment: 1.5 Mbps/750kbps & 5Mbps/2Mbps for Unlimited & Unlimted Plus, respectively Sadly, I just moved to Austin from Houston, and the former has Spectrum, while the latter has Comcast/Xfinity

I used to work for a marketing research firm in 2006 as a phone operator. They moved their business to Costa Rica so they wouldn't have to pay higher wagers in the US. That is why it is so hard to try to understand the person on the other side of the phone.

They need to be unlocked Im with boost and they are on AT&T towers but I checked my to see if I can switch through the website and it said yes my iPhone 11 is compatible it seems to be locked to contact my current provider 😭 boost sucks

I’ve been looking for cheaper plans for a long time. I’ve been on AT&T post paid for years using a work discount but I’m not unlimited. 4GB for each line total after taxes and ridiculous fees is $85. Considering I’m on WiFi 95% of the time I think I might port out to Visible and save about $400/year. Base plan seems fine when you’re almost always on WiFi. Just curious how the service is while driving for maps and such.

I've had the 25 dollar Visible plan for 2 months, and everything is as advertised. I've had hardly any problems with the mobile network, and the hotspot is at least as fast as the expensive phoneline based broad band that I had, but for 1/8th the price.

If i buy an iphone 12 locked to at&t can i take my cricket sim from my current phone and put it in the at&t locked 12?

I switched my phone to t mobile 16 months ago., I went to the t mobile store but they were the worst advice not even t mobile owned, I called the corporate phone number and great service, After ported my number from att she asked about home interent that I knew about also, Sent me a 5g router second day air, Up and running 10 minutes. Online said not available but really fast and streaming is great always. $40 includes fees and taxes! Phone is $50 and also includes fees and taxes. Bye Bye optimum/suddenlink/att for good.

After 2 years and 2 accounts I went through the chat frustrations. After the third month. 2 weeks of no service after I switch to esim. Reimbursed me switched back to sim. After the switch reminded me of the monthly ordeals with sprint back in 2003. Service been nothing but great traveling with service t mobile could not give. Not one issue since. Went through some bumps but I am still rolling while saving until the customer service gets better along with the higher price tag lol. With u.s mobile as my fall back I will ride through a few storms.just as I had with tsmobile. But at much higher costs. Every carrier has had upset customers that lead to choosing a different carrier. I don't feel robbed this time around. 50 bucks a month 2 lines when issues arose then and will eventually in time. Its Inevitable. When you had enough move on or ride it out. Choice is always yours.

I tryed cricket and keeped losing service when I travel for work so it’s not for me, herd they owed by att but att limits them I guess because I got att and never lost service and i got both on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, you get what you pay for tho.
